Terms of Use
By using the Nabd app you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and plain.
1. General information, not medical advice
Nabd provides general information and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult your doctor about your health and your baby's health. In an emergency — such as reduced baby movements or a high temperature in a young baby — contact your doctor or emergency services right away; don't rely on the app.
2. Not contraception
Period, ovulation and fertile-window predictions are estimates and must not be used as contraception.
3. Calculations and content
We work hard to keep content and calculations accurate and we list our sources in the app, but results (such as due dates, growth charts and vaccine dates) are estimates and may differ from your doctor's assessment. Check the vaccine schedule with your doctor or your official vaccination card.
4. Your data is in your hands
Your data is stored only on your device and we have no copy of it. If you lose your device or delete the app without a backup, or forget your backup password, we can't recover your data.
5. Permitted use
We grant you a personal, non-commercial licence to use the app. You may not copy, resell or misuse the app or its content, or use it unlawfully. The terms of the app store you downloaded Nabd from also apply.
6. Provided “as is”
Nabd is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any damage arising from using the app or relying on its information.
7. Changes
We may update the app or these terms. We'll post any change on this page with a new effective date; continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without affecting any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country.
